Gorontalo, Geography Education Study Program, Gorontalo State University (UNG) actively participated in the Review and Evaluation of Course Learning Outcomes (CPMK) on Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL) organized by the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) UNG. This activity is part of strengthening the implementation of Outcome Based Education (OBE) as a standard for academic quality assurance in the faculty.

The review activity took place on October 29, 2025 and presented all Study Program Chairs, course lecturers, and the FMIPA Quality Control Group (GKM) team. Through this forum, each study program, including Geography Education, conducts an analysis of the suitability between the CPMK achieved by students and the CPL that has been set in the OBE curriculum.

Vice Dean for Academic Affairs of FMIPA UNG Dr. Tedy Mahmud, M.Pd expressed his appreciation for the active involvement of each study program, including Geography Education, in perfecting the implementation of OBE. "Continuous evaluation like this ensures that the curriculum is not only well-written, but also operationalized consistently and produces measurable outputs," he explained.

Through participation in this activity, the Geography Education Study Program further affirms its commitment to providing quality, adaptive, and achievement-oriented learning for graduates. The recommendations and results of the review will be the basis for improving learning in the coming semester, as well as supporting UNG's vision as a superior, competitive, and globally relevant university.
