The Geography Education Study Program always cooperates with various universities. One form of cooperation is public lectures and socialization of post-graduate programs. This public lecture and postgraduate program socialization was held in collaboration with the Faculty of Geography, Universitas Gadjah Mada. The activity was held on May 17, 2022 in the Hall of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, State University of Gorontalo. The general lecture and socialization of the Postgraduate Program were attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Prof. Dr. Astin Lukum., M.Si, vice dean, lecturers, and students of the Geography Education Study Program. The public lecture with the topic of Spatial Approaches in Geographical Analysis was given by Dr. Djati Mardiatno, S.Si., M.Sc. Students and lecturers seemed enthusiastic about asking questions during the postgraduate program socialization by Dr. prima Widayani, S.Si., M.Sc., Dr. Sudarajat, S.Si., M.P., and Dr. Margaretha Widyastuti, M.T.
