Students of the 2021 batch of Geography Education at Gorontalo State University (UNG) successfully held a Field Work Lecture Visit (KKL) in South Sulawesi Province and made a visit to the Geography Education Study Program, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Makassar State University. On January 24, 2024, Geography Education, Gorontalo State University carried out a visit to the Department of Geography, Makassar State University. This activity is a form of implementation of IA Cooperation between UNG Geography Education and UNM Geography Education, one of which is carrying out Student KKL by visiting the laboratory of the UNM Geography department. On this occasion, a discussion was also held regarding increasing the capacity of lecturers in assisting Student Work Lectures.
KKL activities were held on 24 - 26 January 2023. Students observed and carried out Tourism Geography Studies at the Leang-Leang Archaeological Park, Bantimurung Nature Tourism Park and Fort Rotterdam Makassar. In addition to participating in KKL activities, activity participants also get the opportunity to explore the geographical potential of South Sulawesi, thus providing a practical dimension to the theoretical learning they have received on campus.
