Geography Education Promotes and socializes the admission of student pathways with several departments at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Gorontalo State University in several regions of North Sulawesi, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency, South Bolaang Mongondow Regency, Kotamobagu City. This activity aims to introduce the study programs offered by FMIPA to prospective students and the general public.

The Socialization and Promotion of new student admissions activities lasted for 3 days starting from January 22-24, 2025 by being divided into several teams to be able to promote study programs in their respective departments. Socialization and Promotion activities are carried out at the same time as Teaching in the intended schools such as SMA Negeri 1 Bone Pantai, SMA Negeri 1 Bolaang Uki, SMA Negeri 1 Modayak and several other high schools according to the division of the Team. Students received information regarding the academic vision, strengths, and career prospects of various study programs within the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA). For instance, the Geography Education program was highlighted for offering career paths beyond teaching, such as roles as GIS analysts or junior researchers. It is hoped that these activities will encourage many students to apply to their preferred departments, including the Geography Education program.
