Universitas Negeri Gorontalo gives an appreciation to students who have achieved both academic and non-academic achievements that honour the university's name. The UNG Student Achievement Award is an award organized by Universitas Negeri Gorontalo with 2 award categories, namely the competition and non-competition categories. Four students from the Geography Education Study Program who received awards, namely Moh. Fahry Djuraini, Gamar Ambarwati, Nurmuhniyanti Hubaib and Firna Ananta R. Dahlan. Achievements achieved include a national writing competition, SDG ambassador selection competition, and international student exchange. Head of the Geography Education Study Program, Dr. Eng Sri Maryati, S.Si also received an award as a lecturer who drives student achievement.
