Bone Bolango, May 10, 2025, Geography Education Study Program, FMIPA, Gorontalo State University took part in a national seminar and congress of the Indonesian Geography Educator Professional Association (P3GI) held in Yogyakarta. This activity was attended by representatives of geography education academics from various universities in Indonesia. The participation of the Geography Education Study Program, FMIPA UNG is a form of commitment in strengthening scientific networks and contributing to the development of the geography educator profession at the national level. With the theme "Strengthening Geography Through an Adaptive Future Curriculum", this activity is a response to global dynamics that demand contextual, integrative, and sustainability-oriented geography learning.

This activity is also a strategic event for the exchange of ideas, curriculum updates, and strengthening the role of geography education in answering global challenges. Active participation in the congress also strengthens UNG's existence in the geographical scientific community in Indonesia. One of the agendas is the discussion of the Formulation of Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL) standards for the Geography Education Study Program in Indonesia. Through this forum, it is hoped to obtain a strong synergy between geography educators to realize superior, contextual, and globally competitive geography education.
