Gorontalo - The Jambura Geo Science Review (JGEOSREV) was launched in January 2019. JGEOSREV has so far released two volumes with a total of 21 articles. Science and Technology Index (SINTA) accreditation is necessary as a quality benchmark for an electronic-based journal. An E-ISSN must be assigned to published papers and journals. SINTA is still trusted to assess the performance of journals based on accreditation and citation requirements, as evidenced by its indexing of all national journals accredited by the National Journal Accreditation Board (ARJUNA).

(26/01/) marked the beginning of a successful month for the department of geography education UNG. Through a letter numbered B/1796/E5.2/KI.02.00/2020 signed by the Director of Intellectual Property Management Prof. Dr. Heri Hermansyah, S.T., M.Eng. Stating JGEOSREV accredited by SINTA 3. Articles claimed in this accreditation range from Vol 1 No. 1 to Vol 2 No. 2.

The value for rank 3 on SINTA is (n), 60 (sixty) n 70. (seventy). Based on the outcomes of the evaluation team's work, rank 3 is also known as Sinta-3 (S3). This certification is good for the following five years.
